With a Master's degree in Mathematics and Mechanics, Karen has over 8 years of experience in advocating for quality in software testing. As Head of QA Department at Ameriabank, Karen is now leading an engineering team to continuously improve the pursuit of software quality and make company’s products more reliable, automating complex applications using Java.

Being passionate about education, Karen is heavily invested in teaching and is the Founder of BeSharp School of QA Engineering. In his role as both educator and designer of innovative curriculum, he equipped hundreds of students with practical knowledge and framework for excelling in a competitive market and helped a lot of students get a job in Software Testing sphere.
