Despite being in IT for almost 30 years now, Andrew still writes code (in any and all languages), and leads teams that do. Forcing them to either write code, or better yet, eliminate it! Most of the time that code is some kind of an engine, as in: a game engine, an e-commerce engine, a DB engine, etc. The most known project that Andrew created is Sphinx, a full-text search engine.
